Proxy Issues

This is because the text fields where you would type that data have been hidden behind the group box that is supposed to contain them. Little bit of an issue for those who need a proxy. Note that if you have proxy settings set through IE or maybe FF, Eve-MEEP will use them when you set it to default.

This fix will require another minor release of the exe, but rumor has it that the official Empyrean Age data files might be out this week or next. I plan on waiting until the end of next week (July 31st or Aug 1st) and if the data files still are not release I will release the fix. This way I can also see if there are any other minor tweaks or bug fixes I need to do. I respect the Release Early/Release Often mentality, but every few days to have to dl another version is a pushing it a bit, and the last thing I want is for users to stop updating because it has been constantly annoying them (I want users to update so I have fewer bug reports about things I have fixed!).
